1Can we inspect products before loading?
Definitely, we welcome you to visit our factory to undergo product inspections.
2What about the leading time?
In general, the leading time is about 15-25 days after receiving the deposit. But we will confirm the exact delivery date with you as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.
3How to get sample? How long to make samples?
Contact our sales team and tell us which product you like. We will send free sample to you. Delivery cost however is cover by you. We usually take 3 to 7 days to produce a sample.
4Are you able to make the products as our requirements?

5What's the quartz slab price of Nanotec Quartz?
We sell the quartz slabs by Sqft. The quotation would vary from color to color, pattern to pattern, quantity to quantity and so on. We guarantee premium quality and competitive price. Welcome to inquiry.
6What sizes of quartz slabs are available from Nanotec?
Nanotec standard slab sizes are 3500x1950mm ,3200x1650 are also available. The thickness available are 20 to 30 mm.
7 How to clean quartz surface？
It is very easy to clean our quartz surface. For daily cleaning, simply use water and common dish soap. It is important to remember that any abrasive cleaners or cleaners that contain bleach are NOT SUITABLE for cleaning the surface.
8What special precautions should be taken when cooking near quartz?
The Quartz slab is highly durable. But you should avoid having direct contact of stewpot or hot pan on the surface because extreme heat can affect it. We recommend you use cutting boards, hot pads as a protector.
9Is quartz a food-safe surface? Is it Okay for rolling out dough?
Yes, the quartz slab has a non-porous surface that prevents bacteria and germs from growing on the countertop. You can use it as a baking surface to make some tasty cookies for your family.
